At Nuvo Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Pack with Care
Place the fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, mounting kits, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
